How does Family Made work?
Choose the people and pets in your family, customise their details, review your design, then order a printed portrait or a digital download.
What can I personalise?
You can choose your people and pets, then adjust details such as hair, clothes, colours, names and wording.
How many people and pets can I add?
Landscape prints fit up to eight characters. Portrait prints fit up to three characters.
What print sizes and formats are available?
Family Made offers personalised A4 and A3 physical prints, plus a high-resolution A3 PNG digital download. The available options and price are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Physical prints usually arrive within 3–5 working days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Digital downloads are emailed after payment.
Can I send a Family Made print as a gift?
Yes. You can provide the recipient’s delivery details for a physical gift, or send a digital download directly to the recipient’s email address.
Can I cancel or return a personalised print?
Because each print is made to your specifications, change-of-mind cancellation is not available once production has begun. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
How can I get help with an order?
Email contact@familymade.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs are helpful for damaged or faulty items.
